**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce and sell our software solutions.
- Explain product features such as billing, CRM, stock, and employee management systems in a simple and convincing way.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in software/IT solutions).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain software solutions clearly.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of software tools like CRM, billing, and stock management is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,403.03 - ₹28,488.88 per month
