**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our food products or services using provided scripts.
- **Product Information**: Answer customer queries regarding our products or the company to ensure they have accurate information.
- **Sales Engagement**: Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- **Lead Management**: Redirect prospects to the field sales team when their needs require specialized attention or further follow-up.
- **Data Management**: Enter and update customer information in the company database with accuracy.
- **Order Processing**: Take and process orders accurately, ensuring that all details are recorded correctly.
- **Customer Service**: Handle and resolve customer grievances professionally to maintain and enhance the company's reputation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of calls, sales activities, and relevant customer information for future reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
- **Customer Orientation**: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ability to accurately record and process information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with the field sales team and other departments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Skills to address and resolve customer grievances effectively.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Education**: High School Graduate or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role preferred, but not required.
