**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance and loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to interested individuals.
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about various insurance and loan options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and close sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and improving customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance or loan sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and influence customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
