Job Profile: Telesales Executive for ERPNext

Position: Telesales Team Lead / Executive

Location: Coimbatore/ Bangalore

Experience: 4+ yrs for TL 0-2 for Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote ERPNext solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads to understand their business needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listen-ing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about ERPNext features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in software or ERP solu-tions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly ERPNext, is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
