Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data model, and configuration elements.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman).
Understanding of API testing and web technologies (SOAP, REST).
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and test automation integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate customizations such as Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and automation workflows.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Salesforce modules.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Document and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps, and follow through to resolution.
Support automation efforts by contributing to test script development and maintenance using tools like Selenium or TestNG.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Assist in testing data migrations and integrations with external systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, MuleSoft).
Support UAT and provide input on test strategy and planning
