Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Ability to create data models, object relationships, and process flows that support business processes.
Proficiency with ETL tools for data migration and synchronization.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization (Apex, Triggers) and configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows).
Expertise in designing custom objects, fields, and automations to meet unique business needs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
Experience ensuring compliance with industry regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX using Salesforce tools.
Ability to implement best practices for governance, data management, and release management.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Proficiency in designing scalable data models and managing large datasets in Salesforce.
Expertise in using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and ensuring data integrity through validation rules and data enrichment.
Ability to develop Salesforce solutions that fit into broader CRM and cloud strategies.
Experience with multi-cloud strategies and integrating Salesforce with other platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
