Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices (data modeling, security, governance).
Hands-on development experience with Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
Proven experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, third-party systems).
Experience implementing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce deployment strategies and version control.
Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, data models, etc.).
Experience optimizing Salesforce performance and troubleshooting complex issues.
Salesforce Certification - Admin/Dev-PD1/2 required.
