**Salesforce Solution Architect**:
The Solutions Architect will lead the architecture and design of solutions across various technology platforms including Salesforce, Boomi, ERP systems, and Azure. This role involves understanding complex business needs, proposing innovative solutions, and leading the internal engineering teams through system selection and implementation processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive architecture for integrating various systems such as Salesforce, Boomi, ERP, and Azure. Ensure solutions meet business needs and performance standards.
- System Selection and Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and technology strategies.
- Team Leadership:

- Business Analysis and Consultation: Act as a consultant to senior management by analyzing business processes, identifying technology needs, and proposing customized solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion. Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope specifications.
- Integration and Customization: Design and implement integrations between systems using Boomi and other relevant tools. Customize platforms like Salesforce and ERP systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure the stability and security of the architecture. Mentor team members in best practices and continuous learning.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with IT security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement security best practices throughout system architectures.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, ERP systems, and Microsoft Azure (DW).
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex technology projects.
- Certifications in Salesforce, Boomi, or Azure (DW) are considered an asset.
