Hiring for Salesforce Developer - Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations with third-party systems This role requires strong technical acumen problem-solving ability and effective communication skills Key Responsibilities Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components LWC Collaborate with cross-functional teams Admins Architects Business Analysts to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST SOAP APIs middleware or ETL tools Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications Implement and manage workflows validation rules process builders and flows Deploy metadata using change sets ANT or CI CD pipelines Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or optimizations Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Proficiency in Apex SOQL SOSL Visualforce LWC and Aura components Experience with Salesforce APIs integration patterns and middleware e g MuleSoft Dell Boomi etc Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools e g Git Copado Jenkins Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
