- Should be conversant to deal with top management of corporates in general and particularly fin-tech start-ups and discount brokers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Create a Sales plan and matrix which is to be result oriented.
- Aim to preserve customers and also get in new customers to the product platform of NSDL
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain good knowledge of competitors
- Should be able to multi-task and endorse effectively sales of various e-Services across the expected target audience, for maintaining leadership position for NSDL in the competitive market scenarios.
- Should be able to make effective presentations across close user groups as well as participate effectively as a faculty for NSDL conferences/events.
- Should be capable to proactively suggest feedback/s in the best interest of product enhancing requirements based on the market feedback received from various intermediaries including listed entities, including RTAs and Scrutinizers (If any).
- Strive towards achieving the market goals and organizational targets allocated, be an effective team member and also strive towards converting clients from the competitive service providers to enhance market share of NSDL across listed and unlisted segment.
- Should be able to conduct regular sales visits across the companies and RTAs/Market Influencers (both through cold calls as well as fixed meetings) with potential companies for new as well as retention of existing business.
- Should be able to prepare the daily reports of the visits and meets conducted in a timely manner.
- Working beyond the expectations of the desired official targets to enhance the market share and revenue lines projected per annum.
