**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients across various sectors
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects
- Use tools like LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM to build contact lists
- **Cold Calling & Outreach**:

- Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers professionally
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Conduct first-level discussions to understand customer needs
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and gather essential information
- Introduce the company, offerings, and send relevant marketing materials
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport and stay in touch with leads until they are sales-qualified
- **Coordination with Sales Team**:

- Pass on qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes and context
- Ensure smooth handover and follow-through with internal teams
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain lead tracking and activity logs in the CRM
- Share weekly progress and insights with the management

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with cold calling and initial sales conversations
- Prior experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Telecalling is a plus
