_**Job Description For COO**_

**1. **Guiding the senior leadership team in day to day operations.

**2. **Ensure any issue arising in the daily operations are resolved in a fast and timely manner

**3. **Maintain and nurture the relationship with external business partners

**4. **Providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the organisation

Develop sound business strategies in coordination with the Chairman, keeping in mind the short-term and long-term goals of the organisation. Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives.

Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational performance. Implement the strategic goals of the organization through day-to-day management of operation.

**6. **Guide the Marketing team on design, marketing, and promotion of programs.

**7. **Evaluate company's financial, operational and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.

**8. **Ensure the company is staffed with well-trained, quality, and engaged employees at all times; works closely with the Chairman to develop effective hiring, training, and compensation plans to retain quality talent

**9. **Overseeing the SCM, Purchase, Admin, HR & other related functions.Lead strategy, policy formulation, ERP/IT System and processes
- Initiate & implement new ideas for better efficiency.
- Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices within different sites to ensure uniform performance throughout the organisation.
- Plan and implement the expansion; geographies of operation.
- Perform supervisory duties and coordinate with the staff in all related areas of the department.
- Ensure that the company achieves agreed profitability levels, while remaining committed to quality and performance.
