**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and prepare detailed project plans.
- Implement and manage changes to achieve project outputs, conducting evaluations to assess results.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues within the project.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize process of route development, logistics cost, and negotiate with firms for business.
- Identify and develop new customers, manage existing customers, and ensure delivery of volume & margin targets.
- Market research and Analysis.
- Build an effective network of insights sharing and connectivity within the division.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Team player with the ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Independent thinker to support growth aspirations of the division.

**Preffered**:

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and CAD software.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management preferably within the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
