**Job Description: Associate Project**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans for manufacturing initiatives, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and other departments to gather project requirements and define project deliverables.
- Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Support the development of project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
