**Job Title**: Project Associate
**Location**: Janardan Prasad Memorial Pvt. ITI, Gorakhpur-Kushinagar Rd, Kushmi, Jungle Ramgarh Urf Sarka, Uttar Pradesh 273202
**Payscale**: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Entry**:

- Accurately enter, maintain, and update project-related data and records in Excel and other data management systems.
- Compile, organize, and analyze project data to support reporting and decision-making processes.
- **Field Coordination**:

- Assist with field activities, coordinating with team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Collect and verify data from field visits, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting.
- **Communication and Mail Drafting**:

- Ensure timely responses to project-related inquiries and follow up on necessary actions.
- **Office Administration**:

- Support day-to-day office activities, including organizing files, maintaining supplies, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
- **Support to Project Teams**:

- Work closely with project managers and coordinators to provide logístical and administrative support.
- Act as a liaison between field staff and office-based teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic data analysis skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (with work experience).
- Prior experience in project coordination, data entry, or administrative roles is an advantage.
