You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects in alignment with business goalsFacilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaborationPartner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless executionMaintain regular client interactions to manage requirements, expectations, and updatesIdentify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategiesGuide and support teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environmentWhat We’re Looking For:7–10 years of experience in IT/Software Project ManagementStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologiesExperience in managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domainHands-on with tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent project management platformsFamiliarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressurePreferred QualificationsExperience in product delivery and SaaS environmentsPMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certificationExposure to cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutionsWhy Work With UsAt ACT21, you’ll find an environment that values ownership, agility, and innovation.
