We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Project Associate** to support various functions across the business. As a Project Associate, you will play a critical role in the development of our curriculum, help create impactful presentation decks, assist with program operations, engage with potential customers, and contribute to social media marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and overall business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development Support**:

- Assist in creating and refining engaging and age-appropriate curriculum content.
- Help organize and prepare learning materials, worksheets, and activity guides.

**Presentation Deck Creation**:

- Develop clear, visually appealing, and compelling presentation decks for internal and external use.
- Assist with market research to support deck creation for pitches, partnerships, and customer acquisition.

**Program Operations**:

- Provide operational support for the smooth execution of educational programs.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, and other educational initiatives.
- Assist in tracking program success metrics and generating reports.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in onboarding new clients, educators, or students to our platform or products.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media platforms.
- Assist in managing our social media presence, engaging with followers, and promoting our products and programs.
- Help plan and execute digital campaigns to drive growth and awareness.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide overall support in daily operations and project management.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring tasks are on track.
- Handle other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support the business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
