Job Overview We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who is proficient in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Hindi typing. The candidate will be responsible for designing visual concepts, marketing materials, branding creatives, and promotional content that align with the company’s goals and enhance brand visibility. This role demands a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Creative Development Create visually appealing designs for brochures, banners, posters, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and packaging. Design creatives for print, digital, and branding purposes using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Develop project-specific illustrations, logos, and layouts according to company branding guidelines. Ensure that designs are innovative, engaging, and aligned with the company’s marketing strategy. 2. Hindi Typing & Content Integration Prepare and design materials that include Hindi text content. Ensure accuracy in Hindi typing and proper formatting for both print and digital designs. Work with marketing and content teams to create bilingual creatives when required. 3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Creatives Design posters, infographics, GIFs, and creatives for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop engaging ad creatives and visual content. Optimize creatives for different digital formats and screen resolutions. 4. Branding & Marketing Collaterals Develop brand identity materials, including logos, typography, and visual elements. Design creative assets for events, exhibitions, product launches, and advertising campaigns. Maintain consistency in design language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. 5. Collaboration & Project Coordination Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver them within tight deadlines. Suggest creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions. Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong Hindi typing skills for creative material preparation. Knowledge of other design tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Figma is a plus. Familiarity with design trends, color theory, typography, and layout composition. Understanding of printing processes, formats, and resolutions. Soft Skills Creativity, innovation, and an eye for detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
