Storekeeper (Restaurant)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all food and beverage items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory system accordingly.
- Ensure all items are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain quality and safety.
- **Receiving Goods**:
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Record deliveries, ensuring all items are documented and stored appropriately.
- **Stock Organization**:
- Organize storage areas, ensuring food and supplies are neatly arranged and easy to access.
- Label products with their receiving date and expiry dates to ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Communicate with chefs, kitchen staff, and restaurant management regarding inventory needs and shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product deliveries, returns, or discrepancies..
- **Health & Safety**:
- Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain sanitation in storage areas and report any issues with food safety.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide regular reports on stock levels, order statuses, and inventory discrepancies to management.
- Assist in monthly inventory audits, ensuring all items are accounted for.
