**Job Title**: Storekeeper
**Location**: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Storekeeper** to join our team in BKC. This role is critical in managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the quality and availability of stock for our restaurant/food and beverage business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock (food items, beverages, and other supplies).
- Maintain an accurate inventory record to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- **Storage & Organization**:

- Ensure proper storage of items, maintaining hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.
- Organize the store area for easy access and systematic stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- **Stock Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory levels.
- Notify the management of low stock levels and reorder requirements.
- **Quality Control**:

- Check the quality and expiration dates of perishable items to minimize waste.
- Report and return any damaged or expired goods to suppliers promptly.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, and management teams to meet operational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of stock to respective departments or locations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years as a storekeeper in the restaurant or food & beverage industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus).
- **Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with F&B inventory management and stock-keeping practices.
- Understanding of food safety and storage guidelines.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
