The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

**Mission Statement**:
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be part of Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activies, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries in order to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across market. You will support Transformer Business for NAM Market throughout the Sales process.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Documentation Control Support for Proposals
- Proposal Folder Creation and Maintenance
- Order Entry Support
- Support Project Handover process to Project Management
- Coordination with factories for legal to support risk review process
- Request for Credits, Insurance and Tax Assessments whenever it is required
- MOM creation during Risk Review meetings
- Credit / Insurance requests
- Sales Force Data management
- Proposal tracking and updating
- Weekly & Monthly metrics maintenance

**Your Background**:

- Knowledge in Transformer / Power Substation
- Should have hands-on 1-3 yrs experience in Tendering/Bids & Proposals
- Any Graduates / Any bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge in Electrical products in advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
- Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, word & Powerpoint) & Sales force
- Proven development and maintenance of positive, cooperative, team oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients and other in contact with the job.
- Proven interpersonal abilities with peers, colleagues, superiors, customer, suppliers and service providers
