**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and café beverages.
- Innovate and experiment with new recipes, flavor combinations, and coffee presentations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior staff when needed.
- Represent the café’s vision of **premium hospitality and creativity**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of professional barista experience** (specialty coffee preferred).
- Strong skills in espresso extraction, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
- A genuine passion for coffee and creativity with ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and willingness to grow with the brand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
