**As a Barista at our cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that each drink is made to perfection. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks, according to cafe recipes and customer preferences.**:

- **Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering their questions about the menu, and recommending beverages.**:

- **Ensure that each drink is made to the highest quality standards, with attention to detail and consistency.**:

- **Manage the coffee machine, grinders, and other barista tools to ensure they are in good working order.**:

- **Assist in maintaining inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, notifying management when stock is low.**:

- **Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.**:

- **Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.**:

- **Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.**:

- **Assist with other duties as needed, including preparing pastries, cleaning, or organizing the cafe area.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Barista or in a similar coffee shop environment.**:

- **Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for high-quality coffee preparation.**:

- **Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.**:

- **Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.**:

- **Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to drink preparation and presentation.**:

- **Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Barista certification or training (preferred but not required).**:

- **Experience in handling cash and point-of-sale (POS) systems.**:

- **Knowledge of alternative milk options and specialty coffee drinks.**
