**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, showcasing your expertise in manual brewing techniques such as pour-over, Aeropress, French press, and more.
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying close attention to extraction, brewing parameters, and drink presentation.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, origins, and roasts to guide customers in choosing the perfect coffee to suit their preferences.
- Conduct cupping sessions and tastings to evaluate the flavor profiles of new coffee offerings and provide valuable insights for the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the specialty coffee industry, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing it with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new coffee recipes and innovative beverage creations, keeping the menu exciting and enticing.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere for coffee enthusiasts.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of specialty coffee culture.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in manual brewing techniques, including pour-over, Aeropress, French press, and other methods.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and roasting techniques to guide customers in their selection.
- Ability to conduct cupping sessions and tastings, evaluating flavor profiles and providing valuable insights.
- Creativity and expertise in developing new coffee recipes and beverage creations.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in coffee extraction and brewing parameters.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging coffee experience for customers.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,905.16 per month
