About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who understands coffee beyond brewing. You should be passionate about specialty coffee, eager to experiment with flavors, and dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality beverages.Key Responsibilities- Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision- Grinding, brewing, and extracting espresso to perfection- Steaming milk for different textures and latte art- Understanding and recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods- Engaging with customers, explaining coffee origins, and enhancing their coffee experience- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station- Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality controlWhat We’re Looking For- Passion for coffee & specialty coffee- Experience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods is a plus- Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence- A friendly and energetic attitude with great customer service skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to learn and grow with our teamWhy Join Us?- Work with high-quality coffee and brewing equipment- Learn and grow in a coffee-focused environment- Be part of a passionate and dynamic team- Opportunities for skill development and trainingIf coffee is more than just a drink for you, and you want to be part of a cafe that values quality and craft, we’d love to hear from youLet’s brew something amazing together ☕✨
