You should be passionate about specialty coffee , eager to experiment with flavors, and dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality beverages.Key Responsibilities Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precisionGrinding, brewing, and extracting espresso to perfectionSteaming milk for different textures and latte artUnderstanding and recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methodsEngaging with customers, explaining coffee origins, and enhancing their coffee experienceMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista stationEnsuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality controlWhat We’re Looking For Passion for coffee & specialty coffeeExperience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods is a plusBasic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniquesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to excellenceA friendly and energetic attitude with great customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow with our teamWhy Join Us?
