**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Cost Accounting**:

- Responsible for the accurate reporting of the Cost of Goods Manufactured and Sold.
- **Bill of Material (BOM) Management**:

- Experience with Bill of Material under the Material Master Module.
- Develop and maintain BOMs to ensure accuracy in cost accounting.
- **Cost Accounting System**:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining an effective cost accounting system aimed at reducing costs and improving overall profitability.
- Implement best practices in cost accounting to optimize financial performance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Perform regular cycle counts to correct inventory misstatements.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and timely reconciliation.
- **Standard Costs Reconciliation**:

- Conduct monthly reconciliation and updating of standard costs to actual costs.
- Identify and analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- **Coordination and Record Maintenance**:

- Coordinate with all plant users to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Industry Experience**:

- Relevant industry experience in costing or finance department.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures in the relevant industry.
- **ERP System Proficiency**:

- Experience with any ERP system under the Material Management (MM) Module.
- Utilize ERP systems to streamline cost accounting processes and improve data accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in the MM Module.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement cost-saving measures.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Certification in Cost Accounting (e.g., CMA) is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial software.
- Experience in the ceramics or manufacturing industry.
