IT Executive

Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Assess the company’s technology needs and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Evaluate and implement new IT technologies to enhance business productivity.
- Oversee the management of IT systems, servers, networks, and databases to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that the organization’s IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and capable of handling business needs.
- Work with other departments to identify IT requirements and customize solutions.
- Lead and manage IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, software implementation, and new technology rollouts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including developers, vendors, and other departments) to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and practices to protect the organization’s data from breaches and cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations regarding data protection and privacy.
- Regularly monitor systems for potential vulnerabilities and manage backups to prevent data loss.
- Provide technical support for IT systems and hardware for internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide training to staff on new software or technology tools as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for IT solutions, services, and support.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring that all expenditures are in line with company goals.
- Track software licenses, subscriptions, hardware procurement, and other IT-related expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT.
- Suggest improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
