**Key Responsibilities**:
**Role Overview**: The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and timely dispatch of goods from the warehouse to customers, coordinating with various departments and transport agencies. The role requires efficient handling of dispatch documentation, inventory control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Planning & Execution**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the dispatch of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align dispatch schedules with customer orders.
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods and track all outgoing shipments.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**:

- Prepare and maintain all necessary dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and shipping manifests.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and update them in the company's ERP system.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- **Coordination with Transporters & Customers**:

- Liaise with transport companies to schedule timely deliveries and ensure vehicle availability.
- Track and monitor delivery status, ensuring timely resolution of any delivery issues.
- Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and provide updates on shipment status.
- **Inventory Management & Control**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and ensure that all dispatches meet customer requirements.
- Verify the quality and quantity of goods before dispatch, ensuring that they comply with the company’s standards.
- Ensure that products are packed properly and are safely loaded for transit.
- **Cost & Efficiency Management**:

- Manage transportation costs by negotiating rates with transport providers and optimizing delivery routes.
- Monitor expenses related to dispatch operations and strive for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during the loading, unloading, and dispatching process.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements related to dispatch, transportation, and logistics.
