Position: Document Executive – Export Division

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain all export-related documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills.
  • Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent), transporters, and shipping lines for smooth export operations.
  • Ensure accuracy in export documentation as per international trade compliance and customer requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipments and update the export team and clients accordingly.
  • Maintain records of dispatches, shipment details, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and logistics departments for timely documentation and dispatch.
  • Support export managers with data entry, MIS reporting, and filing work.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates with export documentation experience (0–2 years) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
