- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS will be added advantage

Main Activities:

- Create formal strategic planning documents for Analytics/Insights generation and delivery and lead the implementation of agreed plans to agreed timescales, ensuring efficient communication and commitment of all key parties.
- Provide weekly project implementation updates to all key client and operational team members through an Analytics weekly report document, issued at the end of each week.
- Be the role model for the Global Client Service team to encourage pro-active use of analytics with all clients, including monthly analytics and NPD updates to the Client Service team at team meetings to motivate increased use and selling of analytics with clients.
- Development of a strong business model for analytics including the development of a new “market leading” Analytics Product Range that adds client value and SonataGBW revenue.
- Develop and drive the implementation through a more coherent end-to-end data strategy so as to improve the processes and quality of SonataGBW data
- Responsible for the analytics relationship and delivery with Global Accounts, working with the Client Servicing team to develop leading edge insights so as to strengthen the client relationship.
- Build relationships with key clients, co-presenting to a minimum of 4 clients per quarter together with the client services team.
- Hands-on analysis providing internal analytical and statistical consultancy as required.
- Proactively reviewing current methodology, reporting and insight generation techniques, providing recommendations for improvements and leading the implementation of those improvements.
- Development of SonataGBW’s overall research strategy, sustainably building SonataGBW’s analytics capability globally.
- Work with Senior Management to develop the use and insights for the SonataGBW Client Satisfaction Survey.
- Development of relationships with research stakeholders within key client organisations.
- Interpretation of analytical output into recommendations that will benefit client programmes.
- Responsible for the generation of high-quality insights that meet and exceed client needs.
- Other duties as may be reasonably required.
