**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strong bias and empathy towards customers
- Able to gather insights by conducting interaction on specific themes / problem asked by product / business team
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
- Proven high initiative and energy level with good influencing, decision-making and collaboration skills
- Keeping yourself updated on company products to effectively manage customer queries

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Smart Graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have US accent and fluent in Spanish
- 1 year to 3 years of experience working in customer support roles
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly complex and manual queries, excel knowledge
- Empathetic, organized, problem solver
- Open to work in shifts (US-shifts/ EST time Zone).

Note: Its work from office role (Bangalore)
