**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention via telephonic conversation.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate and graduate having 1 year of experience in calling can apply
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Freshers can also apply
- Must be comfortable working from the office.

**Shift Timings -** **08AM - 08PM ; Female Employees - 8 AM to 5 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM ;6 days working + 1 rotational week off**
