If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you TORM is currently looking for a colleague who can join our Insurance team from our office in Mumbai to provide support with various insurance-related tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurance brokers and underwriters.

**What we can offer**

You will be part of a highly experienced team of three members based at our headquarters in Denmark, one in our Manila office and one in the Mumbai office. As part of the Insurance team, you will have a clear set of roles and responsibilities which include:

- Manage all insurance premiums and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Maintain internal payment sheets and records to track insurance costs per insurance provider.
- Prepare and handle insurance certificates, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the distribution of insurance certificates to the appropriate personnel on board vessels prior to the expiry date.
- Weekly declaration of war insurance to brokers.
- Maintenance of Insurance page on SharePoint on a regular basis after renewal of insurances, updating new insurance values and new rates for war insurance.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders to address any marine insurance-related queries or issues.
- Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the insurance department as required.

The following qualifications and professional skills are required:

- Excellent Excel skills, with proficiency in creating complex spreadsheets, formulas, and macros.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Structured and innovative mindset, continuously seeking smarter ways to streamline tasks.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with marine insurance,.
- A graduate degree in Commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
