For its permanently growing team, Swivelt is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to manage the hirings for Europe, LATAM and India markets. This person will establish recruiting requirements by collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

**What do you need to do**:
**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, recording all relevant details, keeping the in-house system up-to-date at all times and consolidation data for monthly reports.
- Suggest new ideas for improving the existing recruitment process, policy and procedures. skills & experience
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications

**Administrative and Database Management**
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

**What do you need to have**:

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment and mass hiring experience for Latin America and Europe markets is required
- Experience in writing and posting job descriptions.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skill

Pay: Up to ₹58,000.00 per month
