To support our operations and sales processes, we’re looking for a smart and organized **ERP & Sales Front Desk Executive** to be the face of our showroom and a key part of our sales and operations support team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and direct them to the sales team
- Enter and manage sales orders, quotations, and customer data in the ERP system
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to ensure order accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support billing, dispatch, and basic documentation tasks
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in front office, sales coordination, or ERP operations
- Proficient in ERP software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented
