Sale Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for the company's products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the product or service offerings, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Research and target new markets and business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Present the company's products or services to potential clients in a clear, persuasive, and engaging manner.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to address customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting and Tracking**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market conditions.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in other sales-related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
