A Sales Executive in India is responsible for actively identifying and pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting products or services effectively, negotiating deals, and closing sales to achieve assigned sales targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships through various channels like cold calling, networking, and presentations; ensuring consistent revenue generation for the company. Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting new business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and address customer concerns.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates to ensure visibility into sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and engage with clients.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the relevant industry.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
- A **"interior designer knowledge preferred" **where having a background in interior design principles, such as space planning, color theory, material selection, and furniture design, would be beneficial, even if it's not strictly required for the position; often including responsibilities like creating visual layouts, selecting finishes, or collaborating with design teams on aesthetic aspects of a project.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
