**Position Overview**

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our real estate team as Sales and Marketing professionals. In this role, you will drive property sales, develop marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. Your focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and enhancing the company's market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build a strong referral network.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and execute open houses, events, and client presentations.
- Manage online property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and visuals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: 12th's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, depending on local regulations).
- A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and property showings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
