1. Client Interaction:

3. Market Research:
Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and local neighborhood statistics.

Provide clients with information on comparable properties and market conditions.

4. Negotiations and Transactions:
Negotiate contracts, offers, and counteroffers on behalf of clients.

Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Ensure that all required legal documents are completed and filed correctly.

5. Client Education:
Educate clients on the process of buying, selling, or renting real estate.

Assist clients with financing options, inspections, and closing procedures.

6. Administrative Duties:
Maintain a database of properties, clients, and potential leads.

Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and leases.

Work closely with brokers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.

Qualifications:
Real Estate License: A valid real estate license is required in most regions.
