Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and guiding them through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and local market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours to provide potential buyers or renters with a comprehensive view of the property.
Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations with buyers, sellers, and other real estate agents to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Customer Service: Provide an exceptional level of customer service, addressing client concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration: Work with other agents and team members to support marketing, client acquisition, and closing processes.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field
Valid real estate license in [over All India]
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, contracts, and legal requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
12th’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field
Additional language skills are a plus
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms for lead generation
