Butame Pharma Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our team. The role involves visiting chemist shops daily, building strong relationships, pitching our services, and converting them into loyal customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Visit chemist shops daily to introduce and promote Butame Pharma’s services.
- Address customer concerns and objections with professional and informed responses.
- **Conversions**:

- Convince chemist shop owners to register and place orders through Butame Pharma.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with chemist shop owners and staff.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather feedback from chemists about their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve our offerings based on field observations.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily reports on visits, conversions, and feedback.
- Submit reports to the sales manager at the end of each day.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic apps (e.g., WhatsApp).
- **Other Qualities**:

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
