About the Role:

We are hiring a Manager IT (ERP Implementation) to lead the implementation of our ERP software across the organization. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing ERP deployment to enable efficient management of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, and other key functions for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business requirements from all departments. Analyze current processes to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  2. System Design & Configuration: Configure ERP modules to align with organizational needs. Develop system design specifications.
  3. Data Migration: Plan and execute migration from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring data integrity through validation and testing.
  4. Customization & Development: Customize ERP functionalities, develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements as required.
  5. Integration: Integrate ERP with existing systems, third-party applications, and external databases to ensure smooth data flow.
  6. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  7. Training & Documentation: Train end-users and administrators. Prepare user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
  8. Go-Live & Support: Manage transition to live ERP system with minimal business disruption. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  9. Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  10. ERP Oversight: Act as the single point of contact between the company and ERP vendors/consultants, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  11. Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees for effective ERP usage.
