Position: Admission Coordinator for Abirami Group of Institutions

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute admission strategies and plans to attract potential students interested in paramedical qualification programs.

2. Coordinate and manage the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.

3. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns, including online and offline strategies, to generate leads and increase awareness of the institution's paramedical qualification offerings.

4. Cultivate relationships with guidance counselors, schools, and educational consultants to promote the institution's paramedical programs and increase referrals.

5. Conduct presentations and informational sessions to potential students, parents, and stakeholders to showcase the advantages and benefits of pursuing paramedical qualifications from the institution.

6. Maintain accurate records of all admissions-related activities, including applicant data, expenses, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to the Admission Director/Head.

7. Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the admission process, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
1. A minimum of a Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a specialization in MBA Marketing preferred.

2. Proven experience in admission coordination, preferably in a higher education institution or similar educational environment.

3. Strong marketing skills and the ability to develop and implement effective admission strategies.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals, including prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.

6. Proven track record of achieving admission targets and working in a goal-oriented environment.

7. Knowledge of the paramedical qualification field, including industry trends, programs, and career opportunities.

8. Familiarity with admissions technology and software systems for managing applicant data and tracking progress.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

10. Experience in conducting presentations, public speaking, and delivering informational sessions to large groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
