1. Coordination with the Field sales team.

2. Coordination with HR Dept for generation appointment letter, resignations, transfer, disputs.

3 Working on E-Reporting Software.

4. Scrutinizing Field Sales Expense Statements.

5. Generating MIS reports from E-Reporting Software like calls reported, no of days working, JFW,

6. Taking training session on E-Reporting softwares for new joinee

7. solving queries of the field sales team for e-reporting software,

8. Coordinating with HR Dept for field sales team for mediclaim, ESIC, other queries

8. Working on Sales MIS, Incentives, offers on various counter

**Requirement**:
Preferably having Pharma experience

Must be of age group of 30-40 years with 5-15 years of professional experience

Preferably staying nearby to Sakinaka.
