The responsibilities will include the following areas covered & Interaction with the Patients
- To provide proper information to the guests / patients that enters the hospital.
- To personally meet patients on check out to ensure they were happy with services offered by the hospital.

**Entry **:_Hospital Services: MHC, Diet Counselling, IVF, Water Birth_

**Exit **:_Services rendered by the patient_
- Update to Front Office Department when patients Check Out & when ready for Check Inn
- To greet all who enters the hospital.
- To ensure the hospitals first appearance should bring appeal to the guests / patients that enter.
- To be well groomed at all times.
- To assist all patients / guests that enters the hospital with full support.
- To interact by saying “May I assist you, Sir / Ma’am” at all times during entry.
- To assist patients that seek assistance with wheelchairs / stretchers when entering the hospital
- To speak to waiting patients showing care and concern.
- To uphold and maintain all standards of Hospitality in the Front Office / Patient Care areas.
- To ensure coordination is met by the Front office staff and the other departments.
- To assist in the hospitality of all guests to the hospital and ensure comfort levels are to the highest satisfaction.
- To assist in translation to known languages in the designated area of work.
- Be a link between the patients/attenders & the hospital.(Monitor Inflow of Patient Attenders)
- Attend all the VIPs and other guests and arrange the necessary things as per their requirements & be available
- Organize immediately on the availability of beds in the wards & other areas
- Communicate updates of the patients to their relatives from time to time.
- Ensure that the patients / attenders are kept comfortable at all times & ensure to meet their requirements as laid down in hospital rules.
- Keep in touch with the Billing department to ensure the entries of all the diagnosis done for the respective patients.
- Be a bridge between the clinical & administration in all matters and maintain transparency in all dealing and execution.
- To escalate any problems mentioned by patients to the Ms. Mangai
- To undertake and perform other responsibilities delegated by the Vertical Head / The Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
