**Guest Engagement & Welcome**
Warmly greet guests and personally assist with arrival and departure procedures. Proactively anticipate needs and offer information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

**VIP & Special Guest Services**
Recognize VIPs and corporate clients, conduct VIP room checks, handle special requests, and coordinate welcome amenities and personalized touches

**Guest Issue Resolution**
Efficiently manage inquiries, complaints, and service recovery. Liaise with appropriate departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, concierge) to ensure seamless resolution

**Service Coordination**
Facilitate guest requests like restaurant bookings, spa/resort appointments, transportation, special occasions, and events

**Guest Feedback & Follow‑Up**
Proactively seek and manage guest feedback during and after their stay. Encourage reviews and compile insights for ongoing improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
