Roles and Responsibilities,
- Must have knowledge in handling with the guest requests.
- Must have knowledge in front office to attend all the queries and handle the guest smoothly.
- Must have good in communication to follow up with the guest.
- Willing to learn new works and explore the new ideas to improve the guest experience.
- Should have to take care of Checkins and Checkouts of every bookings.
- Must have to check ready rooms, house keeping auditing, laundry quality checkin
- Shift arrangement for housekeeping and security
- Responsible for accounts, cash handover, submission of shift handover with complete updates
- Must have to submit day reports, guest details, payment status
- Follow up with Maintainance works, room inspection, purchasing the required items for operations.
- Handing Guest escalations and solving the guest concerns

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
