
Partner Compensation Coordinator

**What You'll Do**
You will deliver vital support to our internal team to safeguard against missing critical deliverable deadlines with external stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage the partner compensation, related mailboxes, and our team access database. Moreover, you will play an integral role in preparation for each award cycle and partner communications and act as a liaison with payroll colleagues each month to communicate partner transfers, external hires, and other adjustments.
You will also co-own the employment and compensation verification process for all partners globally including creating compensation letters for visas, work permits, and mortgages. Throughout this process, you will have direct contact with partners, senior partners, partner tax directors, lenders, and agents.
Lastly, you will provide support as needed in preparation for our team and leadership committee meetings.
**Whom You'll Work With**
You will join the firm's Atlanta or Tampa office as part of the partner compensation group which is responsible for determining and managing executive compensation for more than 2,600 partners worldwide.
We directly support one of the most senior governance committees to guide the firm’s global compensation policies. You will work closely with other international teams (e.g., tax, legal, partner HR, partner capital) to strategically establish global partner policies and best practices. In addition, there will be opportunities to collaborate with local office administrators, country/complex managers, and individual partners of the firm.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree; concentration in HR or business-related area is preferred
- 3+ years of job-related experience
- Ability to handle confidential information; excellent judgment
- Superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands
- Team-oriented but can work independently
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sustain the delicate balance of thoughtful execution in highly transactional but important tasks considering the confidential nature of the data and information our team oversees
