- Generate business through **Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other portals**.
- Create and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Draft effective proposals and close deals successfully.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bidding and lead generation on **Upwork**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle international clients.
- Understanding of **IT services**, especially **Shopify, web development, and digital marketing**.
- Goal-oriented and self-driven individual.
